I am no stranger to changing direction. I myself chose early retirement after a long and successful career as an educator, feeling the time was right to do something different with my life. I took time out to reconnect with myself and found The Artists Way Course by Julia Cameron.
Slowing down, reflecting on my values and tapping into my creativity opened up new possibilities. Realising that my life experience and skills as an educator were an excellent fit for a career as a life coach, I embarked on a new path.
Some people may feel compelled to change after facing a crisis, but this doesn’t have to be the case. If you desire new experiences and are willing to trust that one thing leads to another, you can bring about great transformation in your life.
Whether you are looking to leave the high pressured corporate world, pursue a life-long dream or take time out to reflect and explore on what your next steps might be, working with a life coach can be a valuable accompaniment on your journey. We all need support as we make transitions in life and I am passionate about working with clients as they take the brave decisions required for a new life.
